Daekyo Holds “Learning from You” Photo Contest to Celebrate Its 50th Anniversary

Daekyo announced on the 4th that it is launching a customer-participation photo contest titled “Learning from You” in celebration of the company's 50th anniversary.

The contest has been organized to reflect on Daekyo’s journey alongside its customers over the past 50 years and to share the meaning of learning through photographs capturing customers’ personal experiences. Based on the company’s 50th-anniversary slogan, “Learning from You,” the contest aims to highlight moments of learning and growth in everyday life while strengthening the emotional connection between the brand and its customers.

The contest is open to customers who have experience with Daekyo’s educational brands, including Noonnoppi (Eye Level Learning), Daekyo Summit, Chaihong, Soluny, and Kids Schole. Customers of other Daekyo Group brands are also eligible to participate, including TnTn, Plamyu, Daekyo Newife, and Howlpot, which serve the early childhood, senior, and pet-care sectors.

The theme of the contest is “Every Moment of Learning with Daekyo.” Participants may submit photographs capturing everyday learning experiences through Daekyo’s brands, as well as memorable moments from past learning experiences or events associated with Daekyo.

Submissions will be accepted through the Daekyo Macadamia website until June 30. Anyone with experience connected to Daekyo?including current or former members, parents, and employees?is eligible to enter.

The total prize pool is approximately KRW 15 million. A total of 555 winners will be selected across three categories:

“Deep Learning” Award: 5 winners, KRW 1 million each
“Meaningful Learning” Award: 50 winners, gift vouchers worth KRW 100,000 each
“Learning Together” Award: 500 winners, gift vouchers worth KRW 10,000 each

Winning entries will be used in content related to Daekyo’s 50th-anniversary celebrations and other promotional activities.

A Daekyo representative stated, “The past 50 years of Daekyo have been a journey of learning and growth shared with each and every customer. Through this photo contest, we hope to share the precious moments of learning found in our customers’ daily lives and continue growing as an educational company that learns from its customers and grows together with them.”
