I dream the world in which people can sing their dreams and hopes out loud. I dream for an open world where anyone can be successful with desperate wants, great passion and efforts. I want to demonstrate that things in this world are not pre-classified as possible and impossible tasks. We bring success by pulling our best efforts and encounter failure by not doing so.

The education business that I have been running for 37 years is more important than any other business in that it cultivates individuals who are the very subjects of this world, adds values to people’s life, and promises the future of mankind. Based on the belief that we can create a healthier and more beautiful world through such education, I constructed the best educational corporation in the Republic of Korea with the philosophy of ‘love for people’. In that sense, I am a happy individual.

I have long been trying to become a wise manager with the motto of learning and growing. Also, during my term as a leader of international sports federation, I did my best to not lose the basic, to open my mind and ears to diverse opinions, and to perform a leadership based on communication

If there is no challenge, there is no success. If one does not have difficulties climbing up, one cannot enjoy the happiness of being at the top and comfort of climbing down. I will always imagine a better future for all of us. I will always dream for a happier world. I will ceaselessly challenge myself to bring such wishes to reality.
