Daekyo announced that its senior cognitive training program, Daekyo Brain Training, has been selected for the Veterans Culture Program for national meritorious persons under the Republic of Korea Vietnam War Veterans Association.
This Veterans Culture Program is part of a welfare support initiative for veterans’ organizations jointly promoted by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and local governments. It was designed to promote cognitive health and emotional well-being among elderly national meritorious persons.
Daekyo plans to operate a cognitive health support program for national meritorious persons in cooperation with the Uijeongbu branch of the Vietnam War Veterans Association. The program will run for nine months starting in April and will be conducted twice a week (60 minutes per session) in a group class format. It combines cognitive training content with art and emotional care activities to help stimulate cognition and support emotional stability among participants.
The selected “Daekyo Brain Training” program is designed to support the maintenance of cognitive function and emotional stability in seniors through various cognitive stimulation activities and interaction-based learning.
Based on its accumulated experience in operating senior cognitive training services, Daekyo has continuously expanded the application of its programs and has recently extended them into public and veterans’ sectors to provide customized cognitive training services.
A Daekyo representative stated, “We are honored to participate in a program that supports the healthy aging of national meritorious persons who have devoted themselves to the country. We will continue to expand customized services for seniors and veterans based on our cognitive training programs and operational expertise, contributing to an improved quality of life.”
