Daekyo EduCamp Signs MOU with Good People to Support Education for Children with Borderline Intellectual Functioning
Daekyo EduCamp announced on the 25th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Good People, an international relief and development NGO, to provide educational support for children with borderline intellectual functioning.
The signing ceremony, held on the 24th at Good People’s headquarters, was attended by Daekyo EduCamp CEO Bang Hyung-sik, Good People Chairman Lee Yong-gi, and other representatives from both organizations.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will collaborate based on Daekyo EduCamp’s “My Pace,” a program specialized for slow learners, to:
Present individualized education plans for children with borderline intellectual functioning,
Provide educational content that supports social, cognitive, and emotional development, and
Offer integrated services such as learning assessments and psychological counseling by professional counselors.
The organizations also plan to jointly develop customized education programs tailored to children with borderline intellectual functioning. Daekyo EduCamp will oversee program development and operation through professional instructors, while Good People will manage participant recruitment and program evaluation to ensure sustainable educational opportunities.
