Daekyo Language Square Launches “Ojo Espanol”, a Spanish Course for Beginners
Daekyo's specialized foreign language learning space, Daekyo Language Square, announced on the 1st the launch of “Ojo Espanol,” a course dedicated to beginner and elementary-level Spanish learners.
The “Ojo Espanol” program is a Spanish course exclusively offered through Daekyo Language Square, developed in collaboration with Daekyo, educational content company 365ENM, and Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. It reflects the expertise of professors from Korea’s top Spanish language universities, allowing structured learning tailored to beginners' pace and comprehension.
The course is comprised of six levels (49 books in total). By completing up to Level 4, learners can reach the DELE A1 level ? the most basic level of the internationally recognized Spanish language proficiency test. Completing all six levels enables learners to achieve DELE A2 level, allowing for effective communication in everyday situations and understanding of situational expressions and sentences.
Lessons are conducted one-on-one with native or near-native Spanish-speaking instructors. The program emphasizes interactive Q&A-style repetition, helping learners naturally acquire grammar while improving practical conversation skills.
Materials include a main textbook and a workbook. After class, students can use the workbook with their instructor to further develop listening, writing, and speaking skills. Additionally, QR codes in the textbooks provide access to native speaker audio for repeated listening practice, helping learners improve pronunciation and intonation effectively.
A Daekyo Language Square representative stated, “Ojo Espanol has been designed to make it easy and fun for beginners to start learning Spanish,” and added, “Trial lessons can be booked via the Chaihong website and are available at Daekyo Language Square centers nationwide. We hope many will take interest.”
Meanwhile, Daekyo Language Square is a premium, customized foreign language learning space offering one-on-one or small group lessons with native or near-native expert instructors in Spanish, Chinese, English, Japanese, and more.
