Daekyo Acquires 'Eduvation', a service company specializing in private academies

Daekyo announced on October 30 that it had acquired "Eduvation," a professional academy service company, to promote the education platform business in earnest.

Education, which was acquired by Daekyo, specializes in providing comprehensive academy management services such as “Tong Tong Tong”, a simple academy management program, “Hun-jang Village”, a job portal for academy instructors, and “Hun-jang EDU”, a specialized education management center.

Through this acquisition, it is possible to expand the number of users of education platforms such as academies, instructors, and parents, and to promote data-based education projects, and through this, it plans to expand the business to a professional service platform for academies.

CEO of Daekyo said, "It is very meaningful to be with Eduvation, which has unique value in the academy market," adding, "This merge and acquisition has enabled Daekyo to make a new leap into a data-based platform company and will lead the market as the only academy service platform in Korea by maximizing the strategic synergy of the two companies."
