Daekyo Kids TV Chorus Korea 2014

Dr. Kang, Young Joong attended Daekyo Kids TV Chorus Korea 2014 which was performed on outdoor stage of New World Square, Seoul Art Center on 26th of September.

This is the biggest Children Choir festival in the nation and total 3100 children (73 choirs) took part in the event.
At the final, 7 selected teams participated and showed off the skills they mastered up on the stage. They delivered deep impression to auditions by performing beautiful and high quality songs and performance.
This year’s event added its value by introducing new evaluation system that 100 children were selected as audience evaluation team and their evaluation reflected 25% of final screening which created unpredicted and energetic atmosphere.
Together with audience evaluation team, experts in the world of culture and art participated as judges and added fairness in evaluation.
Gumi Kum-Oh Choir, who sang ‘It’s Raining on Prom Night’ and ‘Book Bag Boogie’ won the grand prize. Six million won and the Ministry of Education Award were awarded to the grand prize winner.
