Dr. Kang hosted the 38th World Scout Conference

Dr. Kang Young Joong, the president of Korea Scout Association, hosted the 38th World Scout Conference in Jeju Island of Korea held between July 14th through 18th.

About 1,500 members from 155 countries came to Jeju Island to join the conference which was the biggest conference in the history of world scout and also the conference that opened a brand new centennial.

Prior to this event, Dr. Kang also joined the 10th World Youth forum held in Sooncheon and Iksan.
