Daekyo Provides Emergency Relief with Deep-Sea Water ‘Cheonnyeon Dong-an’ to Wildfire-Affected Areas
Daekyo announced on the 28th that it has provided emergency relief supplies to wildfire-affected areas in the Gyeongsang region by donating deep-sea water Cheonnyeon Dong-an.
Daekyo’s employee volunteer group, Noonnopi Sarang Volunteer Corps, along with deep-sea water specialist company Gangwon Deep-Sea Water, has delivered approximately 31,000 bottles of Cheonnyeon Dong-an?worth about 50 million KRW?through the Korea Disaster Relief Association.
The donated deep-sea water will be distributed to wildfire victims, as well as firefighters, rescue workers, and volunteers who are working tirelessly to contain the fire and provide relief efforts.
A Daekyo representative stated, “We hope this emergency relief support provides some comfort to those affected by the sudden large-scale wildfire. We will continue to do our best to help neighbors facing unexpected hardships.”
Meanwhile, Noonnopi Sarang Volunteer Corps is an in-house volunteer organization consisting of Daekyo employees and instructors. Established in 2000, it has been actively engaged in volunteer activities to support communities in need.
