Daekyo EduCamp and Holt Children's Welfare Association Sign MOU for 'Psychological Counseling for Facility Youth'
Daekyo EduCamp Expands Psychological Support Services for Facility Youth
Daekyo EduCamp's counseling institution, DreamMentor, announced on the 18th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Holt Children's Welfare Association to provide psychological counseling support for facility youth.
This agreement was established to provide professional psychological counseling services to participants of the facility youth independence support program "Parangsae, Wings Toward Dreams," aiming to enhance emotional stability and foster independence.
DreamMentor is the professional counseling advisory body of the Holt Children's Welfare Association. It will conduct initial diagnostic tests, create counseling plans, and offer customized psychological counseling. Over the course of one year, the program will provide regular counseling to support emotional regulation, improvement of interpersonal relationships, and the formation of a positive self-image.
Additionally, the counseling will be handled by DreamMentor's first-class certified counselors. The counseling system will combine both online and offline sessions, allowing facility youth to receive counseling without restrictions on time or space.
A representative from Daekyo EduCamp's DreamMentor commented, "This agreement will help facility youth grow healthily and adapt to society, based on psychological stability and self-confidence. We also plan to expand psychological support services for youth through further collaboration with various organizations."
