Daekyo to establish 'Definition Co., Ltd.' Joint Venture with Mega Zone Cloud

Daekyo announced on the 19th that it will launch a joint venture called "Definition Inc." to develop digital education platforms and contents in cooperation with Mega Zone Cloud, which is leading the domestic cloud market.

Based on Daekyo's outstanding educational content business capabilities and Mega zone Cloud's cloud-based technology, Definition developed Daekyo Group's digital transformation
It was established to accelerate and grow further into a global Edu-Tech company that provides 'all educational platforms in the world'.

In the future, Definition will implement all elementary school curriculum learning with an “All-In-One” digital product and an integrated education platform, and introduce a differentiated digital platform service by each steps based on accumulated know-how.

In addition, the company plans to build its own digital education platform services, such as producing modular corporate platform contents, and expand Edu-Tech technology support and management business models through collaboration with various brands of Daekyo Group such as Summit and Noonnoppi with Edu-Tech startups.
