Daekyo was inducted into the CSM Hall of Fame.
Daekyo was inducted into the Customer Satisfaction Management Hall of Fame on January 21st, 2014 and Chairman Dr. Kang attended the ceremony.
Daekyo entered its name on Customer Satisfaction Management Award since 2008 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in year 2013. The condition is very selective that the Hall of Fame is only given to those companies who received CSM award for five years in a row and only 13 enterprises were inducted into the Hall of Fame.
It meant a lot to Daekyo and added special meaning as January 21st is the day that Chairman and Founder of Daekyo, Dr. Kang, started the business 39 years ago. The ceremony had meaning of not only celebrating for receiving honorable award but also assuring fresh start for true meaning of Daekyo Customer Satisfaction Management in front of teachers and customers.
“We need to continue our effort to become more mature company who receive more respect and love from society,” said Dr. Kang. Just as Chairman’s speech, Daekyo will create new value that can be trusted and beloved by listening to customer eagerly and seek to find their wants.
