New Role in Scouting Community

Since 2003, Mr. Kang has actively been involved with The Korean Scout Association; first, as Vice President; then, as Chairman. This month his is taking on his most important role yet. That of Chairman of the Organizing Committee, a two year commitment, for the 38th World Scout Conference and 10th World Scout Youth Forum both of which will be held in late 2008.
As Chairman, he will be working with a Vice Chair and 9 fellow members to plan for these important events. Not only is it an honor for Korea to be chosen as the host country, but it is a privilege for Mr. Kang to help bring together the World Scouting Family for this educational event.
