Chairman Kang, Young-joong Visits Vancouver for Winter Olympic Games

Chairman Kang visited Vancouver from February 11th to 15th to attend the opening ceremony and some of the competitions.

During his stay in Vancouver, he also had a luncheon with IOC Executive Board member Sir Craig Reedie, WADA’s Director of the European Regional Office Kelly Fairweather, newly elected IOC member Madame Dagmawit Girmay Berhane and Deputy President of BWF Paisan Rangsikitpho. They had an opportunity to come together and emphasize that measures should be found for all badminton family to raise the status of badminton and to further improve and change the Super Series events beginning 2010.
