Dr. Kang had a meeting with Dr. Jacques Rogge
Dr. Young Joong Kang, the president of Badminton World Federation, had a meeting with Dr. Jacques Rogge the president of International Olympic Committee on October 8th of 2008 at 10 A.M. in the office of Dr. Rogge located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
These two summit leaders had a fruitful meeting that looked back at the successful completion of the Beijing Olympic Games, especially the very successful badminton event. The leaders also discussed about how BWF can relate more to the I.O.C. in the future and the training centers in Europe.
Also, Pedro Yang in the Player’s Federation got nominated by Dr. Jacques Rogge as the I.O.C. Player’s Committee which was appreciated by Dr. Kang at the meeting.
Dr. Rogge will participate in 2008 Commonwealth Junior Games in New Delhi, India.
